Project Manager – Bilingual

Your team at La Trybu

You will join Delivery & PMO, where we standardize practices, manage the portfolio, and enable multidisciplinary teams to deliver predictable and high-quality projects. We work with agile and hybrid approaches, value-based prioritization, and effective change governance.

What you’ll do

• Lead the lifecycle of mobile application projects (initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure).
• Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and aligned with defined quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Manage schedules, costs, and resources; ensure visibility and informed decision-making with stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs (timeline, cost, quality, satisfaction) and anticipate deviations.
• Facilitate agreements, escalations, and timely communication with clients and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement: lessons learned, standardization, and asset reuse.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years managing mobile app projects, covering the full lifecycle.
• Knowledge in budget control, cost analysis, and ROI.
• Analytical skills to anticipate deviations and propose action plans.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
• Skills in negotiation and expectation management with stakeholders.
• Effective communication and building trust-based relationships with clients.
• Intermediate–advanced English (B2/C1) for interaction with clients and international teams.

You’ll earn extra points if you also have…

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, PSM/PSPO.
• Experience with PMBOK, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks in mobile environments.
• Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and analytics/telemetry tools for apps.
• Portfolio management and value-based prioritization; change governance and SLAs.
